I had been going to this location for the last few years, but that stops now. I scheduled an appointment and asked their team to take a look at my car battery. Their employee, Daniel, called me and claimed there was nothing wrong with the battery, but there was an issue with the alternator. While asking follow up questions, Daniel proceeded to tell me in a condescending and rude manner that if I didn’t trust them, why would I want them to handle my car battery and hung up on me. Imagine doing your due diligence as a car owner by asking questions and trying to understand the issues going on with your car and an egotistical, abrasive and disrespectful employee hangs up on you. When I picked up my car, Daniel refused to apologize to me. Yeah, they’ll never see business from me ever again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. I ended up taking the car to other mechanics and no one could find the same issues Daniel mentioned. And to make matters worse, they refuse to give or send me any information about what they found when reviewing the alternator. It definitely feels like Daniel was trying to scam me into making unnecessary repairs and when I started asking too many questions, ego took over and courtesy went out the window. There’s no excuse for treating someone like that. They truly lost a good customer.

Couldn't have asked for better service on all counts. Friendly employees, exceptional lounge area for customers, and a job well, done with extras made our experience with Woodies on a Saturday morning top-notch!

I came into Woodies Auto shop knowing that I needed to get an oil change, tire rotation, replace my brake pads, and likely my rotors as well. I was quoted $2700 for the oil change, rotation, and a full brake job including pads, rotors, calipers, hoses, as well as a flush and refill on brake fluid. Just getting this quote cost me $30 as they charge for a brake inspection, which is uncommon for auto shops, as most do them free. Of my $2700 quote, $1600 of it is labor alone. In conclusion, this quote is very overpriced. I understand that this shop operates much like a Mavis, or Discount tire, where they are able to overcharge gullible customers in exchange for convenience and customer service but this quote is absolutely egregious. While I decided to take my car elsewhere for repairs, I still got an oil change, rotation, and a brake inspection from this shop which cost me $195. I just ask that you know what you are getting into when you come to this shop. I would avoid it at all costs unless you can afford to not care what you are paying, or it is an emergency.

First time coming here for any automotive work (headlight switch went bad). The mechanic's were able to find and fix the switch the same day when other locations refused to do anything. They also uncovered a few other issues with my vehicle and showed me in details. The mechanic's and front desk associate were very knowledgeable with all my questions. I was impressed that they did not BS me at all. Will definitely be going back.😁
